Initial Installation
After purchase of the Cicero solution one or more of Infinity Financial's engineers will come to your site to set up and configure the solution for you as part of the initial fee. If desired, a single installation disk with detailed instructions is available for self installation.

Daily Maintenance
Infinity Financial monitors the health of your Cicero solution in two ways. The first is through two emails sent by Cicero at the beginning and end of a program execution. If an anomaly is discovered Cicero automatically sends an additional email to both Inifinity Financial and you. The second way is through logs that are logged to the database. Infinity Financial requires a single database log in to your machine in order to monitor these logs and to make any necessary modifications as dictated by Bloomberg

Upgrades/Patches
All upgrades and patches to Cicero will be provided at no cost to those on monthly maintenance. There are several methods for delivery and installation including self installation by Cicero, installation by your team of engineers, or remote installation by Infinity Financial.
